TikTok Shop settlement report: reconcile orders to payouts
By Mardood · Reviewed October 6, 2026 · Manual review guide
TikTok Shop settlement reporting follows settled activity, not simply the date an order was created. Match settlement records to payment records before comparing them with bank deposits.
Reports to collect
- Seller Center Finance statement export for the selected dates
- Payments or payouts export for the same investigation
- On-hold records for orders absent from settled activity
How to investigate the difference
1. Export the financial reports
Use Finance → Statements or Payouts, choose Export and the date range, then retrieve the file from export history. Menu names may vary.
2. Keep the identifiers separate
Preserve Order/adjustment ID, Statement ID and Payment ID. One order identifier cannot substitute for the entire payout grouping.
3. Follow the settlement date
Compare net sales, shipping, fees and adjustments within the settlement. Review unsettled orders separately in On hold.
4. Match the bank leg
Group by payment and currency, then match the bank entry. Investigate failed or pending statuses before assuming an amount was lost.
Worked example
Illustrative example: orders created on Monday can settle on different dates. If one remains on hold, comparing Monday’s order sales with Tuesday’s payout manufactures a discrepancy.
Illustrative only; not a customer result or recovery estimate.
