How to download Noon reports and run a traceable inventory audit.
Start with one file, then add only what is missing. MARDOOD does not require a Noon account connection and never changes data inside Seller Lab.
Reports to collect
FBN Inventory Ledger Report - Detailed View
Detects lost and found movements by SKU and reference.
Statement Detail Report
Checks whether the reimbursement already posted.
Supplier invoice or cost export
Documents unit cost when the report has no traceable value.
Complete walkthrough
Open Seller Lab
Open the main menu, choose Noon.com, then Fulfilled by Noon.
Open FBN Reports
Select FBN Reports, then Generate Reports.
Generate the detailed ledger
Choose Inventory, then FBN Inventory Ledger Report - Detailed View, using one audit period.
Download the matching statement
In Payments and Fees, open Statements and download Statement Detail for the same period when available.
Upload to MARDOOD
Start a new audit, choose the country and currency, then add the CSV or XLSX exports.
Review before submission
Inspect quantity math, value math, and source rows, then complete evidence and create the packet.
What prevents an untraceable packet?
A packet cannot be generated unless its reference, SKU, quantity, and amount trace to uploaded source rows. Synthetic test data is blocked from submission.
Seller questions
Do I need every report?
No. Start with the detailed ledger. MARDOOD will tell you whether a statement or cost document is still needed.
Can I upload a PDF?
Yes, as evidence when it contains selectable text. Extracted values require seller verification.
What if my internal report looks different?
Use the universal import template and retain the required column names.
