Terms of Service

MARDOOD, a product operated by Mezze Ops, provides software for reviewing marketplace reports, identifying potential reconciliation issues, organizing evidence, preparing claim materials, and tracking claim outcomes.

You must be legally able to enter an agreement and authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your account, managing team permissions, and promptly reporting unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the files and business information you upload. You confirm that you have the right to provide this information and authorize MARDOOD to process it solely to provide and improve the service. Do not upload data unrelated to your marketplace operations or information you are not permitted to use.

MARDOOD identifies review candidates based on uploaded data and configured rules. Findings, estimates, deadlines, and generated claim materials may be incomplete or incorrect and require seller review. MARDOOD does not guarantee eligibility, approval, reimbursement value, timing, or recovery.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you remain responsible for reviewing and submitting claims through the applicable marketplace, complying with marketplace policies, responding to support requests, and confirming received payments.

You may not use MARDOOD to submit false claims, manipulate evidence, access another business without permission, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, violate marketplace rules, or engage in unlawful activity.

Free and paid features may have usage limits. Paid subscriptions, renewal terms, cancellation rights, taxes, and fees will be shown before purchase. MARDOOD may change future pricing with appropriate notice.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or maintenance. We aim to preserve access to exportable business records when reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MARDOOD is provided without warranties of guaranteed recovery or uninterrupted availability. Neither MARDOOD nor Mezze Ops is responsible for marketplace decisions, missed marketplace deadlines caused by inaccurate or incomplete information, or indirect or consequential losses.

MARDOOD is independent and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by Noon or Amazon. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
