HOW THE MATH WORKS

A conservative, auditable methodology designed to prevent untraceable claims.

MARDOOD is a review tool, not a reimbursement promise. Every finding must explain what was found, how it was calculated, and what could invalidate it.

1. Read the source

MARDOOD reads CSV and XLSX rows while preserving the filename, row number, and values used.

2. Normalize fields

It maps common date, reference, SKU, movement, quantity, cost, and currency columns.

3. Reconcile

It calculates lost units minus found units minus reimbursed units.

4. Trace the value

It does not calculate a claimable amount without a traceable and verified unit cost.

5. Apply the safety gate

Synthetic data and untraceable values cannot produce a submission-ready packet.

6. Require human review

The seller must review the finding and current policy before marketplace submission.

Current production scope

The current detector focuses on unresolved inventory. Fee, returns, and RTV pages are educational until each detector has separate logic and regression tests. Amazon.sa inventory support is beta.
