Redownloadable records
Saved documents remain available inside the business account for evidence redownloads.
Review before submission
MARDOOD does not submit claims for you. Sellers review each packet and submit inside the marketplace.
Data deletion
Account and file deletion is currently handled by a support request until self-service deletion is available.
Do not upload passwords, API keys, payment credentials, or documents unrelated to the claim. Review the Privacy Policy and Terms before using the service.
