How it works
The system advances complete, high-confidence claims. It stops when evidence is missing, a match is uncertain or the retailer portal returns an error.

Mardood links the deduction to the invoice, PO, ASN, proof of delivery and applicable promotion or trade agreement.
Every item receives an evidence status, recommended action, confidence score and draft narrative. Low-confidence items stop in review.
For complete disputes, Mardood creates one PDF with the narrative and matched records.
Where no retailer dispute API exists, the customer opens an authorized browser session. Mardood never stores portal passwords.
Statuses, deadlines, confirmations, screenshots, won amounts and fees stay in one ledger.
